Chew your food well!!

I don’t know how many times I have been told these words since I was a child.
I’m not the only one, am I?

Oh〜, I know that’s enough..
With that thought in the back of my mind, I pretended to chew just a little bit and before you know it, I ate fast and swallowed whole.
I remember it was such a childhood.

Chew your food well.
That means a lot.
If they had told me that, I definitely would have chewed it right!

So please teach your children what it means to chew well.

Because it makes you salivate a lot or
it’ll get your blood flowing and it might make you smarter or
it’s not hard on the stomach and
there are many things to tell, but
I’ll talk the thing by far the best this time.

The food we eat goes into the stomach, into the intestines, and out through the anus.
The digestive organs are often compared to “chikuwa,” but it is really true.
It’s a long long long chikuwa.
The intestine alone is around 8 meters long.

There’re two valves between these long chikuwa.

The first thing is the “pyloric valve” which is located between the stomach and the duodenum.
Normally it’s closed.
When food is digested in the stomach and ready to be sent to the duodenum, this valve opens.
Once the digested food is sent to the intestine, it closes again.
The opening and closing of this valve is important.

If it is loose, it can leak into the intestines when digestion is not yet complete or backflow back into the stomach after having been sent to the intestines.
The intestines receives undigested food and freaks out!
Foreign objects! Attack‼︎” Then in some cases, you may have an allergic reaction to the food.
Also the stomach, it will become exhausted if it finishes its work and sends it back to the intestines.

Al
The second thing is the ileocecal valve, which is located between the small and large intestines.
This is also usually closed.
Once the small intestine has absorbed the nutrients our body needs, a valve opens and the remainder is sent to the large intestine.
The large intestine receives it and excretes it in the form of stool.
This valve’s balance is important.

If it’s loose, it can leak into the large intestine before it hasn’t been absorbed yet or the large intestine is then sent back into the small intestine with a lot of intestinal bacteria and feces, which can lead to inflammation of the intestine and the development of leaky gut, irritable bowel syndrome, and SIBO (small intestinal dysbacteriosis), and other conditions.

Our health would be much better protected if the two valves between the long chikuwa were alive and working in good balance!
This means that you can use less energy, which can be used to power your activities and immune system.

These two valves’s balance.
It actually has something to do with our back teeth.
And they have even their roles.

The pyloric valve is the left back tooth. The ileocecal valve is the right back tooth.

Chew firmly using both back teeth.
This makes the valves work harder and our digestive organs are so much healthier and last longer.
If you have the habit of chewing on only one side, you should fix it.

There are thousands of health care methods in the world.
But if I was asked what the number one hygiene of them all, I definitely answer without hesitation!
“Chew your food well!”

I do not believe there is any way to cure any disease or any treatment unless we cure the lack of mastication.
